Terms and Conditions:
- Smoking is only permitted only on your deck and our gardens.
- Elysian Falls facilities are for paying guests only – no unauthorized visitors.
- Please seek pre-approval for your visitors. All visitors must leave the premises by 8pm at latest. Extra guest charges may apply.
- Rate is per couple per night. Maximum 4 guests. $50 per extra person per night.
- As we hold your booking in good faith, we operate under a 21 day cancellation policy.
- To secure your reservation we require payment in full.
- Cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 21 days are non-refundable, subject to The Poolhouse dates re-letting, then minus the $50 cancellation fee.
- It is suggested that guests seek travel insurance to cover cancellations, loss of deposits, medical and other emergencies.
- Guests are responsible for damage, loss or theft from the Poolhouse and Elysian Falls grounds.
- Guests are required to do their dishes and leave the Poolhouse in a clean state on their departure. A cleaning charge will apply if the Poolhouse is left uncleaned by guests on their checkout.
